 About Me

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I am a Mental Health First Aid trainer through the Mental Health Commission of Canada. I am also trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and am an active public speaker and educator.

 

My work supports families faced with mental health challenges, individuals who are ready to stop the cycle of self-sabotage, and professionals struggling with balance.
